You're Going The Wrong Way

Somehow I felt akin to Billy Hayes in "Midnight Express", when he happened to switch directions while walking circles with the other loons in the Turkish prison mental ward. Again, the notion of normalcy and those who practice it have revealed themselves to be just the bigoted and programmed automatons that the string-pullers desire. They always seem to do this more frequently, as I recede further from their idea of normalcy. Amusement Ensues 

Outside The Box

Taking a knife to a gunfight and winning. Even though it was at least unconventional in a highly conventional World, almost every other trail user encountered that fine day exclaimed "awesome". This was their exact word, though the facial expressions varied from complete surprise to utter joy.  Though most people in this day and age appear to be enslaved to what media bombardment sells as "normal", there is hope and I'm advocating whenever possible.
